1. Rengoku Kyojuro vs Akaza (Mugen Train Arc)

First, let's take a look at the battle between Rengoku Kyojuro, the Flame Pillar, and Akaza, Upper Rank Three, which took place in the movie Mugen Train Arc. This battle is a classic example of the power clash between the "pillars" and the Twelve Kizuki. As a pillar of the Demon Slayer Corps, Rengoku Kyojuro engaged in a fierce one-on-one battle with Akaza to protect the passengers of the Mugen Train.

Akaza boasts of his demon regenerative abilities and overwhelming fighting power, and invites Rengoku to "become a demon." However, Rengoku is determined to fight as a human to the end, and confronts Akaza with a determination to die. This battle showed Rengoku's strong determination to not let any passengers be hurt until the very end, and it had a great impact on Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and the others.

This is what Osamu Manga thought! The battle between Rengoku and Akaza was not only about strength, but also about the clash of beliefs, which was really impressive. No matter how strong Akaza was, Rengoku's strength of heart was even more prominent, and I couldn't stop crying until the end.

2. Uzui Tengen vs. Gyutaro and Daki (Entertainment District Arc)

Next is the battle between the Sound Pillar Uzui Tengen and the Upper Rank Six Gyutaro and Daki. In this battle at the Entertainment District, Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke cooperated with Uzui and fought a fierce battle against the brother and sister demons. Gyutaro and Daki were strong opponents with extremely high attack and regeneration powers, despite being upper and lower demons, and their cooperation with each other was exquisite.

Particularly impressive was how Uzui's life was put at risk by an attack from Gyutaro's poisonous blood scythe, but he fought to the end with the support of his wives and his own strong will. The scene where Tanjiro and his friends used all their strength to cut off Gyutaro's head was one of the most memorable teamwork scenes in the series.

Osamu Manga thinks this! In this battle, Uzui and Tanjiro's teamwork was amazing. Even though the enemy was too strong and the situation was hopeless, it was really cool to see them fighting to the end without giving up!

3. Tokito Muichiro vs Hantengu (Swordsmith Village Arc)

The battle between the Mist Pillar Tokito Muichiro and Upper Rank Four Hantengu was one of the most heated battles. Muichiro is a genius swordsman who rose to the rank of Pillar at a young age, but in the battle he was shown facing his past and fighting while regaining his emotions.

Hantengu was a demon who transformed his fear into a powerful alter ego and was a difficult opponent with multiple personalities. In this battle, Muichiro fights a fierce battle with a powerful clone, and finally defeats Hantengu with overwhelming strength. Through this battle, Muichiro's growth is strongly depicted, and it was a moment when his capacity as a pillar was further enhanced.

Osamu Manga thought this! It was really moving to see Muichiro overcome his past and fight while regaining his emotions. Even though he is still young, this battle where he showed his resolve as a pillar really warmed my heart.

4. Kanroji Mitsuri vs Nakime (Final Battle)

Next is the battle between the Love Pillar, Kanroji Mitsuri, and Upper Rank Four Nakime. Compared to the other pillars, Mitsuri has a soft and gentle personality, but her muscular strength is overwhelming, so during battle she uses her supple body and incredible strength to overwhelm her enemies. Nakime is a special demon who can freely manipulate space, and her fighting style required tactics that were like something from another dimension.

In this battle with Nakime, Mitsuri demonstrates her fighting power beyond her limits, closing in on Nakime with her flexible swordsmanship and physical abilities. This battle, in which her kindness and strength were fused, was a great strength for the entire Demon Slayer Corps.

Osamu Manga thought this! The gap between Mitsuri's cuteness and strength seemed to explode in this battle. The highlight was how her flexible fighting style responded to Nakime's special ability!

5. Tanjiro vs Rui (Natagumo Mountain Arc)

Tanjiro and Nezuko faced off against Upper Rank Five Rui. Rui is a demon who uses powerful threads that imitate the bonds of family, and his twisted love for his family is depicted as an important theme in the story. Tanjiro, who has a past in which his own family was taken by demons, senses Rui's attachment to his family.

In this battle, Tanjiro activates Hinokami Kagura for the first time, showing his power that exceeds the limits of a demon. Also, the scene where Nezuko risks her life to protect her brother from Rui's attack was also moving, and the bond between siblings was strongly depicted.

Osamu Manga thought this! It was a battle that strongly felt the brotherly love between Tanjiro and Nezuko. Rui was also attached to his family, but the contrast between his twisted affection and Tanjiro's pure love makes this battle deeper.

6. Giyuu and Tanjiro vs Enmu (Infinity Train Arc)

Another big battle in the Infinity Train Arc is the scene where Water Pillar Giyuu Tomioka and Tanjiro join forces to face Upper Rank 3 Enmu. Enmu is a demon with the ability to control the entire train and pull passengers into dreams, making it a very tricky battle.

Tanjiro's conflict of reuniting with his family in a dream but then cutting off that dream to return to reality was very moving and made us feel his growth. The scene where Giyuu and Tanjiro work together to defeat Enmu on the train depicts their bond and resolve.

What Osamu Manga thought! Tanjiro's struggle between dream and reality was very impressive in the fight against Enmu. His strength in waking up from his dream and his cooperation with Giyuu really stuck in my mind.

Summary

In "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," the battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the Twelve Kizuki is the core of the story, and each battle is filled with character growth and resolve. The fierce battles that Osamu Manga looked back on are not just a clash of power, but also depict the characters' inner conflicts and bonds, all of which deeply move viewers.

I hope to see even more heated battles as new battles are depicted in the future!
