Lugner

Rugnar is a character who appears in "Funeral of Frieren" and is the leader of the "Executioners" under "Aura of the Guillotine." We will explain his characteristics and abilities in detail.

Appearance and personality

Rugnar is a demon with long grey hair and two horns, and an androgynous face. He is very handsome and has a gentlemanly aura, but behind that facade he hides a cold-hearted nature. He is also very intelligent and has a proud personality.

ability

Rugnar's main ability is the "Blood Manipulation Magic (Baltellier)". Using this magic, he can freely manipulate his own blood and use it for attack or defense. He can also pinpoint the location of others by attaching his blood to them. The versatility of this magic is what makes Rugnar so strong.​ 

Battle and the End

Rugnar confronts Fern and Stark, and although he manages to inflict great damage on Fern at one point, he is ultimately defeated in battle by Fern. Rugnar tries to overwhelm Fern with his powerful magic and techniques, but is overwhelmed by Fern's speed and the number of attacks, and is ultimately defeated by her​.

At the end of Rugnar's life, he is depicted as continuing to speak stubbornly even in his near-death state, highlighting his tenacity​.
